This is the risk rule for the book — every position exits via the Take-It 20 / 30 / 30 / 20 scaled ladder, up AND down, backstopped by a full downside hard stop at each trade's own trigger level, derived from its own study data (not a flat account rule). Enter 100% within two sessions, then scale out 20 / 30 / 30 / 20 at rising profit deviations (the position's own targets / percentage-of-historical-outcome levels). The loss-taker mirrors those exact distances on the downside — first take +4% → first cut -4% — and the trade's data-derived hard stop caps the mirror (e.g. XLI/SPY +0.94% outside-bar high, MU the $804 flush low, PLTR the reversal-day low). Levels recompute from the locked entry each build. Options structures (INTC, EEM collar, Macro-RV) and regime trades (MTUM, RVX) are defined-risk by construction — their hard stop is the structure / regime-invalidation shown on the trade card, so they carry no price ladder here.

⛔ Hard stop 0.5173 · -5.6%
Enter 100% within 2 sessions · scale out 20 / 30 / 30 / 20 · blended profit target ≈ +9.3% · Short growth/value ratio: rungs are the study's staged targets (0.4682 / 0.4511 / 0.4369 / 0.4203). Hard stop +5.6% = a reclaim of the DECLINING 65-day MA (~0.517 at entry) — the study's real invalidation, NOT a tight price stop. The ratio chopped 0.49-0.50 for six sessions post-entry (a third test of the Nov-2023 shelf) yet never came within 3% of the 65-MA; the study said to hold through it with staged sizing, which is exactly why the stop sits at the MA, not at +2%.
