Production Blotter — the live money book

Your working blotter — log the fills you actually got. For a single-clip trade just fill Price paid, Qty and Live. Trade in pieces? Click the and use the Fills ledger to log every entry (buy/short) and exit (sell/cover) leg at its own price/size/date — the sheet builds a weighted-average entry, books realized P&L as you scale out, and marks the open balance to market (the ƒ chip shows a row is fills-driven). Expanding a trade opens a vertical Execution timeline — every buy and sell in order, with running average, open size and realized P&L down the page. Ratio trades (XLI/SPY, NEM/GLD, …) open a two-leg ledger — log each leg's real share fills in dollars and it sums both legs into the spread P&L (the 2-leg chip). A fully-closed trade drops out of ● Live positions and moves to the 📚 Trade library (tabs above the table), keeping its full timeline — or click the on any row to close & archive it to the Library by hand (with a restore in the Library). Archived positions stop counting toward open P&L and allocation. Below the ledger, the Exit plan — a 20/30/30/20 tranche ladder that manages partial fills and give-backs: a rung arms once price trades through it (a real profit was built), then fires if price comes back to it, with the final tranche stopped just above entry (+0.25%). The Live column auto-fills from the live book's marks feed (refreshed every 2h intraday + nightly, and every 5 min while this page is open), so Open P&L is true mark-to-market. The top bar totals Open · Realized · Total portfolio P&L; enter your Portfolio NAV for %-of-NAV and the ◆ TEF Risk Monitor (10% max-allocation, counting open shares only). Your fills, sizes and exit plans are never overwritten by the marks — only the Live/high/low update.

Ladder-executed, mechanically. Each rung is filled at its level on the date it was crossed (take-profit on the way up; on a reversal the 3rd tranche gives back at R1 and the balance closes at breakeven; a stop-through closes it all). Exhaustion-out (book-wide): after the 20% take at R1, if price runs ≥50% of the way to R2 then rolls back to the R1 exit without ever tagging R2, the balance sells at R1 — a protective out that locks the R1 gain. When a position exits 100% it drops to the Completed / Library above with its result locked. The editable Blotter below is for logging your own real fills.

Realized P&L (closed rows + executed tranches)
P&L $ = (sold − paid) × qty, sign-adjusted for shorts. The Exit plan (▸) sizes each tranche as a % of the shares still open at that step; the final tranche is the balance, stopped at entry +0.25%. Give-back rungs arm when your Live mark shows price traded through the level, then fire on a return; take-profit rungs fire on reaching the level. Tick when you actually execute a tranche — its realized P&L books at the rung price and its shares leave the open allocation. Rows persist in this browser only (localStorage). Not investment advice.
